Produced by Domaine Henri Boillot — a legendary Burgundian estate founded in 1885, renowned for precision, purity, and expressive Chardonnay — this is the classic village-level Meursault, crafted from hand-harvested fruit selected from prime plots across the appellation, including Tillets, Chevalières, Clos du Cromin and Vireuils.
The 2024 vintage shines with bright, clear pale gold colour. On the nose, it opens with fresh aromas of white peach, ripe pear, lemon zest, white blossom, and subtle almond and wet-stone mineral notes — vibrant and precise, true to the estate’s signature style. On the palate, it is round, generous and perfectly balanced: juicy citrus and stone fruit flavours unfold smoothly, supported by lively, refreshing acidity and a delicate creamy texture, leading to a clean, long, mineral-driven finish.
Aged in oak (with only a small proportion new) to enhance depth without masking the fruit, it captures the essence of Meursault — rich yet elegant, fruity yet terroir-expressive.
