ITALICUS Rosolio di Bergamotto is the modern Aperitivo from Italy. Grown, harvested and made all in Italy. ITALICUS delivers fresh tones of ripe Bergamot, balanced with a light bitter and floral spice. Bergamot is a citrus fruit and often associated with Early Grey tea. 

ITALICUS is best enjoyed as a Spritz, equal parts ITALICUS with Prosecco, or alternatively with any Italian Soda or tonic water. Following the classic Italian Tradition of Aperitivo, ITALICUS drinks should be garnished with olives, to balance the floral citrus with a touch of salinity.
