A medium-dry cider whereby the fermentation is arrested slightly earlier to retain the natural apple sugars. Pale gold colour with orange tints. Seemingly fruitier because of residual sugar. Lingering sweetness. Great as an aperitif and an ideal partner for almost any sweet or savoury dish.
