A powerful bouquet with a dense core of black fruits, baked fig and black currant, dark plums and suggestions of toasty wood spices plus clove and vanilla. On the palate - the core of fruit continues with flavours that mirror the nose, some black-strap liquorice then dark brown sugar and barrel spices. Medium acidity and easy tannins. Balanced and well made, ready to enjoy from today and through 2026.
