Oban Distillers Edition 2006-2020/ OD169.FF 700ml

Oban distillery is right in the middle of the town of Oban and was established in 1797. The town actually grew around the distillery! For Oban Distillers Edition they take their classic Oban single malt and finish it in Fino Sherry casks.

TASTING NOTES:
Nose: Dates, sugared almonds, a hint of ginger, mahogany, waxy peels.
Palate: Chocolate digestives and ginger nuts, pecans, sea breeze and sultana.

Finish: Honeyed barley lingers, with another few flakes of sea salt.

Alc: 43%
