Penfolds Bin 407 is a benchmark Australian Cabernet Sauvignon, showcasing the strength of Penfolds' renowned multi-regional blending philosophy. First released in 1993, Bin 407 was inspired by the iconic Bin 707, offering classic Cabernet character with exceptional balance, elegance, and ageing potential. The 2024 vintage is expressive and approachable in its youth while retaining the structure to reward careful cellaring.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Deep garnet red.
Aroma: Lifted aromas of blackcurrant, wild raspberry and mulberry layered with cedar, bay leaf, vanilla spice and subtle savoury notes.
Palate: Rich and generous, featuring dark berry fruits, cherry plum and mulberry supported by fine chalky tannins, fresh acidity and beautifully integrated French and American oak. The finish is long, refined and persistent.
