Origin & Winemaking
Sourced from old, dry-grown Shiraz vines (60–130+ years) across prime Barossa, Kalimna, Ebenezer, and Eden Valley sites. True to heritage: hand-harvested, open-top fermented, gently pressed in a historic wooden basket press, then matured 24 months in seasoned French & American oak – no shortcuts, just pure terroir expression.
