Every year, the complexity of our Rua Pinot Rosé comes from diverse vineyard selection across two sub-regions - Bannockburn and Pisa. This season, the Pisa vineyards contributed most of the fruit, bringing energy and tension to the acid structure; and Bannockburn brings the spice!
TASTING NOTES
The nose brings ripened wild strawberries, nectarine and a fresh Spring floral bouquet. Bursts of citrus fruits and tart cherry refine the palate. A creamy texture flows through the palate while a racy acidity balances the final wine.
