Signatory Vintage Speyside 2009 16 Year Old is a premium independent bottling from Scotland’s leading specialist, Signatory Vintage. Distilled in 2009 at an undisclosed top-tier Speyside distillery (marked “M”), this single malt was matured for 16 full years in Oloroso sherry butts and bottled in 2025 at a robust 57.1% ABV  

Part of the acclaimed 100 Proof / Exceptional Cask Series, it is crafted without compromise: non‑chill filtered and natural colour, preserving every layer of flavour the cask developed over time. It pours a rich amber‑mahogany hue. The nose opens with dried figs, raisins, dark chocolate, candied orange, vanilla, and warm cinnamon. The palate delivers a full‑bodied, creamy texture: stewed plums, sherry sweetness, roasted nuts, mocha, and soft oak spice, perfectly balanced by bright Speyside fruit. The finish is long, warming, and persistent, with lingering cocoa, dried fruit, and gentle pepper notes.
