St-Rémy XO is a premium French brandy renowned for its rich, complex and exceptionally smooth character. Crafted exclusively from French wines, it represents a more mature and sophisticated expression within the St-Rémy range.

Under the direction of St-Rémy Master Blender Cécile Roudaut, carefully selected eaux-de-vie are matured in small French oak barrels before being blended to achieve the house’s signature balance of fruit, spice and oak.

The nose is rich and mature, opening with vanilla and oak, followed by aromas of ripe fruit and honey. On the palate, flavours of gingerbread, dates and figs combine with subtle nutty notes and gentle spice. The texture is smooth and rounded, leading to a long, harmonious finish.

St-Rémy XO is particularly enjoyable neat, over ice or in a premium brandy cocktail, making it an excellent choice for after-dinner drinking.
