Stolen White Rum is a smooth and characterful Trinidad rum, matured for a minimum of two years in carefully selected charred American oak bourbon barrels before being carbon filtered for exceptional clarity.

Unlike many traditional white rums, the oak maturation adds extra depth while retaining a clean, delicate and highly mixable style.

The nose offers inviting notes of cocoa, ripe fruit, vanilla, molasses and gentle spice. The palate is soft and slightly sweet, with fruity character, subtle grassy notes and warming spice leading to a clean finish with a lingering touch of cocoa.

Excellent served over ice or mixed into classic rum cocktails such as a Mojito or Daiquiri.
