Trapiche Vinyards Pinot Grigio 2022 750ml - Argentina

Bright yellow colored wine with greenish hues. Smells like fresh grapefruits and asparagus. It’s dry on the mouth with a pleasant acidity.

Trapiche is located in Mendoza at the foothills of Los Andes and is Argentina's largest exported Premium brand. Trapiche represents "the richness of diversity" in Argentina. Throughout its history, it has understood like no other the strength of the viticulture in Argentina and it has specialized in obtaining the best from every site to create unique wines.

Grapes were manually harvested and then destemmed. They then went through cold pelicular maceration at 10ºC, during 5 hrs. then pneumatic pressing and
a cold static dewatering of 36 hours before the addition of selected yeasts. The wine was then controlled fermented at 15ºC during 21 days.

Alc: 13.5%
