Waipara Hills Waipara Valley Pinot Gris 750ml

The nose displays nougat, quince, pear and a touch of toffee. The palate is textured, oily and rich but with balanced acidity and bursting with pear, toffee and nougat flavours. Serve lightly chilled. Beautiful with roasted pork or spicy, savoury Asian dishes.

TASTING NOTE

Soul: A complex Pinot Gris that highlights the Waipara Valley's distinctive aromatics.
Senses: Aromas of red apple,  pear and warming ginger spice are complemented by a structured palate, with juicy acidity and a mouth-watering finish.

Serve: Lightly chilled as an aperitif, or with spicy dishes such as Szechuan chicken.
