Paddy Borthwick Chardonnay 2022 750ml 

Aromas of ripe yellow peach, pineapple, and honey nougat. Wild fermentation in oak gives a creamy, soft pallet, lightly spiced oak and hazelnut flavours finishing with pear and citrus. This wine shows depth of fruit and great palate weight reflecting the great ripening season. Lifted fruit aromas of nectarines and pineapple have integrated harmoniously with the oak to produce a wine of great texture with creamy, nutty characters on the palate.
