About Chimay
Chimay is brewed at Scourmont Abbey in southern Belgium, where Trappist monks have made beer since 1862. It is one of the few beers allowed to carry the Authentic Trappist Product label, and profits support the abbey and local community.
The Chimay Range
Chimay Red is a 7 percent dubbel with fruity, spicy notes. Chimay Triple is an 8 percent golden ale, dry and hoppy. Chimay Blue is a rich 9 percent dark ale with dried fruit and caramel, which can be aged for years.
