Escarpment Pahi Pinot Noir 2022 combines lifted red berry aromas with goji berry, anise and a touch of dried apricot. Vanilla and spice add depth to a medium-bodied palate framed by fine tannins.

The hand-picked fruit was fermented with indigenous yeasts in open-top vessels, spending 28 days in vat before maturation in French oak. Pair with roast duck, lamb rack or mushroom risotto.
