Product Description
Escarpment Kupe Pinot Noir 2023 combines aromatic finesse with the depth and structure of its Martinborough vineyard. Ripe red berries, floral perfume and citrus zest mingle with earthy notes, fennel and subtle cocoa.
The 60% whole-bunch component contributes spice and complexity, while 20 months in French oak barriques develops texture and depth. Bright acidity and assertive tannins frame the fruit, carrying the wine through a long, layered finish.
This is a compelling Pinot Noir for those who appreciate structure and cellar potential. Decant before serving alongside roast duck, lamb or mushroom dishes.
