Pegasus Bay Estate Gewürztraminer 2025 opens with fragrant lychee and rose petal, followed by white peach and fresh ginger. The palate is generous and silky, with a touch of sweetness and a lightly grippy texture that carries the spice through the finish.
Skin contact before pressing adds texture, while natural fermentation and maturation in older oak puncheons bring depth to the wine. Serve lightly chilled with Thai green curry, roast pork or ginger and soy glazed salmon.
