Bright, fragrant and finely textured, Rua Central Otago Pinot Gris offers an inviting combination of pear, lychee and white nectarine, lifted by delicate jasmine and white floral aromas.
Sourced from Cairnmuir Vineyard in Bannockburn, the fruit was picked in the cool early morning to retain its aromatics. Stainless steel fermentation captures its fresh fruit character, followed by three months on lees to build palate weight and texture.
The dry, medium-bodied palate balances generous fruit with subtle spice and refreshing acidity. An appealing choice alongside grilled fish, roast chicken or fresh summer salads.
