Redbreast 27 Years Single Pot Still Batch No.2 Whisky is a true masterpiece of the distiller's art. The whiskey is made from the finest Irish barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills, and aged for 27 years in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and Ruby Port Casks.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: is a delicate balance of oak, vanilla, and sherry, with just a hint of spice.

Palate: full-bodied and complex, with flavours of raisins, caramel, and roasted nuts.

Finish: long and satisfied with a gentle warmth that lingers on the tongue.

Alc: 53.5%
