This Red Blend is velvety with ripe blackcurrants and vanilla spices. It’s a seriously delicious red wine, jam-packed with flavours. Predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon blend, about 70% with some Merlot and Petit Verdot for good measure.
How to serve - Best served at 12°c poured straight from the bottle.
Food pairing - Try with vintage cheddar or stilton.
