Pasqua 11 Minutes Rose 2025 750ml - Italy

Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosé  is an Italian rosé blending Corvina, Trebbiano di Lugana, Syrah and Carménère. Its name refers to the brief eleven-minute contact between grape juice and skins, which gives the wine its delicate pink colour.

Fresh fruit and floral character meet notes of ripe apricot, wild strawberry and pink grapefruit, with subtle herbal nuances. The palate is dry and refreshing, combining gentle texture with a clean, balanced finish.

Serve chilled as an aperitif or pair with grilled fish, seafood and seasonal salads.
