1689 Dutch Dry Gin brings a historical botanical recipe into a contemporary gin. Developed with distiller Herman Jansen in Schiedam, it combines piney juniper with quince, apple, lemon and orange peel for a distinctive balance of fruit, citrus and spice.
Floral aromas and gentle aniseed introduce a layered palate with subtle bready notes, clove and nutmeg. The finish is rounded and smooth, allowing the botanicals to shine.
Serve with premium Indian tonic, plenty of ice and a slice of orange. Its juniper-led character also makes it an appealing choice for a Martini or Negroni.
