Pale lemon in the glass with fresh, lifted aromatic nose of snow pea, nettles and guava. The front palate fills with fresh melon, citrus and grapefruit flavours. Crisp grapefruit acidity extends to a long mouth-watering finish. Try Vietnamese summer rolls, with fresh coriander, lime and a fish sauce.
