A very popular Highland dram, with a big sherry presence alongside sweet citrus fruit notes and a faint whiff of brine. Picked up the top prize in its category at the World Whisky Awards 2010. Matured wholly in air-dried, hand-selected ex-bourbon casks, the 'unashamedly excellent' Old Pulteney 12-years-old is the definitive expression in the Old Pulteney family.

TASTING NOTES

Medium to high intensity with a briny hint of sea air. Dry, medium-bodied and smooth, redolent of honey and cream, faintly salty with a slight spicy note.  A sweet long-lasting finish.
