100% Prosecco grapes are handpicked at a medium ripeness , selected in the cellar and then vinified using Martinotti method.
"Made from the Glera grape this is wine has a classic fruity aroma of red and yellow apples and a little peach. On the palate – dry, fresh, crisp and fruity with an easy mousse, quite large bubble, very light savoury complexity and moderate finish. Light yellow with greenish tints. Light floral perfumes followed by fruity notes. Fresh and lively at the palate with a soft finish.
