Soligo DOC Treviso Prosecco Brut 750ml
Produced from selected vineyards across the province of Treviso, this elegant Prosecco showcases the fresh and refined style of Northern Italy’s renowned sparkling wines.
The grapes are harvested in September and gently pressed to preserve their delicate aromas. Fermentation takes place slowly in stainless steel tanks using selected yeasts, before the wine undergoes the traditional Charmat method to create its fine and lively bubbles.
Bright greenish-yellow in colour, the bouquet reveals delicate aromas of dried fruits such as almond and hazelnut, alongside notes of pan biscotto, acacia blossom, lily, and lily of the valley, complemented by subtle hints of aromatic herbs.
On the palate, it is fresh, crisp, and beautifully balanced, with lively acidity and a clean, savoury finish that makes it exceptionally easy to enjoy.
A versatile sparkling wine, ideal as an aperitif or paired with marinated fish, shellfish pasta, and pasta dishes finished with butter and sage. Serve well chilled.
