Man O’ War Valhalla Chardonnay opens with flinty aromas, white grapefruit and lemon pith, followed by orchard blossom and grilled peach. Citrus and green stone fruit drive a focused palate, with fresh acidity carrying through a long, saline finish.
Made from hand-picked Waiheke Island fruit and matured in French oak, this dry Chardonnay pairs well with grilled crayfish, pan-fried snapper or lemon roast chicken.
