They’ve named their world famous fizz after a world famous dolphin, Pelorus Jack, who followed ships between Wellington and Nelson around the early 1900’s and was the world’s first Dolphin to be protected by law.

Made in a Methode Traditionelle style, the same method as Champagne. Using premium Pinot Noir grapes from their Marlborough vineyards. This is a super stylish, Champagne quality pink fizz, like a bowl of your favourite summer fruits in sparkling wine form. It’s bound to impress.
