Taylors Fine Tawny Port 750ml

Smooth and mellow, Taylor’s Fine Tawny Port brings together ripe berry fruit, gentle spice and nutty complexity. This Portuguese Port offers an approachable introduction to the Tawny style, equally enjoyable as an aperitif or after dinner.

Selected wines mature in oak casks for up to three years in Taylor’s cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia before blending and bottling.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Pale brick-red with an amber rim.

Nose: Ripe berries, butterscotch, figs and prunes, complemented by nutty and spicy notes.

Palate: Rounded and smooth, with generous strawberry-jam flavours and a mellow character.

Food Pairing

Enjoy with almond desserts, berry-based puddings or dark chocolate. Blue cheese, walnuts and roasted almonds also make excellent accompaniments.
