Domaine Rebourseau Grd Cru Clos Vougeot 2021 750ml
Domaine Henri Rebourseau Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru 2021 is a distinguished Grand Cru Pinot Noir from one of Burgundy's most historic and celebrated vineyards.
Produced from 100% Pinot Noir, this wine comes from Domaine Henri Rebourseau's substantial holdings within the legendary walled vineyard of Clos de Vougeot in the Côte de Nuits. The domaine's parcels are positioned around Baudes Saint-Martin, Grand Maupertui, Marais Bas and Baudes Hautes, encompassing a complex mix of limestone, gravel and clay soils.
The 2021 vintage offers an elegant yet structured expression of Clos de Vougeot. The bouquet reveals red currant and ripe red berries, accompanied by earthy notes of forest floor, subtle smoke, spice and mineral nuances.
On the palate, the wine displays impressive density and concentration while maintaining the freshness and precision characteristic of the 2021 Burgundy vintage. Sleek red fruit is supported by fine tannins and pronounced minerality, with savoury notes of earth, truffle, spice and subtle coffee adding complexity.
The finish is structured, persistent and distinctly mineral, with youthful austerity suggesting excellent potential for further development in bottle.
A serious and age-worthy Grand Cru Burgundy that combines the historic pedigree of Clos de Vougeot with Domaine Henri Rebourseau's refined winemaking style.
