Jura Tastival 2016 Limited Edition 700ml

Jura's celebrated annual limited edition bottling which is released to coincide with the Feis Ile Festival.

TASTING NOTES:

Nose: Plenty of oak vanilla and lots and lots of spirit, water reveals a gentler side to this with fresh linen, white flowers, some sea salt and just a hint of tropical fruit, with a back note of fino sherry.
Palate: Full, malty and coffeed with treacle, sweet spice and chocolate. Salty middle with vanilla barley and muscovado sugar-coated peat.

Finish: Long and crisp with the younger spirit component mingling with the salt to give a mouth-watering finish. Lightly smoked with sweet peat and malt.
