Tullamore D.E.W. XO Caribbean Rum Cask Finish perfectly marries two of the most important historical traditions in distillation, Irish whiskey and Caribbean rum. The creators of the popular Irish whiskey have added another stage of maturation to barrels that previously housed XO rum from the Caribbean and are used for the first time in the preparation of whiskey, to create a soft, multi-layered taste with sweet and tropical undertones. Hints of vanilla and oak, citrus aromas. Soft and rich taste, creamy with deep notes of caramel and banana and shades of dates and raisins.
