ARARAT Nairi 20 Year Old is one of the flagship expressions in ARARAT’s classic Armenian brandy range, produced by the historic Yerevan Brandy Company. Named after Nairi, one of the ancient names for Armenia, this prestigious 20-year-old expression was originally created in 1967 and represents one of the highest levels of maturity in ARARAT’s core collection. 

The blend is remarkably complex, composed of 18 different brandy distillates, with the oldest component aged for as long as 55 years. Extended maturation and careful blending create an exceptionally smooth, deep and layered character with remarkable length.

Deep copper in colour with rich mahogany highlights, Nairi opens with an elegant bouquet of spices, pine nuts and honey, complemented by subtle balsamic notes. The palate is rich and enveloping, revealing toasted bread, cloves, cinnamon and honey, before developing into an exceptionally long, silky finish.
