Becherovka Original is an iconic Czech herbal liqueur produced in the famous spa town of Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad) since 1807. Its closely guarded recipe combines approximately 20 different herbs and spices, creating the distinctive bittersweet character that has made Becherovka one of the Czech Republic’s best-known traditional spirits.  

Golden in colour, Becherovka delivers an intense herbal profile with prominent notes of clove and cinnamon, followed by warming spice, bitter orange and a gently sweet finish. The combination of bitterness, citrus and aromatic spice makes it equally enjoyable served ice-cold on its own or used as a distinctive cocktail ingredient.  

The original recipe has remained essentially unchanged for more than two centuries and contains no artificial preservatives, colourants or emulsifiers.
