Champagne Bollinger was established in 1829 by Jacques Bollinger and to this day is still family owned. 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 15% Meunier. Over 85% Grands and Premiers crus. Exclusive use of the cuvée.

TASTING NOTES
White gold, with a full nose of roasted apple, spicy pear and toast. Full-bodied,yet still refined, with walnut, brioche and citrus peel, and fine acidity.
