Cadenhead Auchroisk 14yo 46% 700ml

Part of Cadenhead’s Original Collection May 2025 release, this 14 Year Old Auchroisk is a distinctive Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled in 2010 and bottled at 46% ABV. The whisky received a Manzanilla sherry cask finish from 2023, adding a dry, savoury dimension to Auchroisk’s naturally fruity and malty character.

The nose opens with chamomile, banoffee pie and creamy latte. On the palate, buttery biscuit notes combine with fruit and nuts, toasted oats and warming clove spice. The finish develops into buttered popcorn, ripe fruit and demerara sugar, balancing sweetness with the subtle savoury influence of Manzanilla.

An interesting independent bottling from a lesser-seen Speyside distillery, this release is particularly appealing for whisky drinkers looking to explore the combination of fruity Speyside malt and dry Manzanilla sherry influence.
