Rarely seen as an official single malt, Dailuaine is better known as a key component in premium Scotch blends. Cadenhead’s bottling allows whisky lovers to experience the distillery’s distinctive style—weighty, fruity and full of Speyside charm—without chill filtration or added colouring.
On the nose, expect aromas of apple crumble, honeycomb, icing sugar, marzipan and lemon sherbet. The palate is rich yet lively, delivering German apple cake, candied grapes, salted popcorn and honeyed sponge cake before finishing with soft baking spice, kiwi, chocolate lime and fresh oak. It is an elegant, approachable Speyside whisky with excellent balance between sweetness, citrus freshness and gentle spice.
