Released as part of Cadenhead’s Original Collection, this 16 Year Old Tomatin is a distinctive Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled in 2009 and bottled in August 2025 at 46% ABV.

The Manzanilla influence becomes especially apparent toward the finish, where sweet caramelised notes meet a savoury edge of salted bread and pretzel. It makes this an appealing Cadenhead bottling for drinkers looking for something beyond a conventional bourbon- or oloroso-matured Highland malt.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Buttery notes, Cognac, brandy snaps, stroopwafels and banana
Palate: Chamomile tea, orange peel, milk chocolate and cardamom
Finish: Pretzel, salted bread, caramelised brown sugar and cola
