The Cardrona American Barrel Single Cask is a limited single malt from Cardrona Distillery, matured in an ex-Bourbon American oak barrel — Distilled with pure alpine water drawn from Mount Cardrona in New Zealand's Central Otago, it's a genuinely small-batch release from one of the country's most acclaimed young craft distilleries.

Where the American oak takes it: borage flower honey, clotted cream, toasted oats, vanilla bean, and sun-scorched nectarine — a softer, sweeter, more classically bourbon-cask profile than Cardrona's wine-cask releases.
