Tasting Notes

Aroha, meaning “love” in te reo Māori, is handcrafted from exceptional parcels of Pinot Noir grown in selected blocks of the Te Muna vineyard. With vines now over 25 years old, these prized blocks feature a narrow band of clay over stone, contributing to the wine’s distinctive balance of power, elegance and finesse.

• Nose: Fragrant and expressive, showing layers of ripe red and dark berries, delicate florals and subtle savoury complexity.
• Palate: Refined yet powerful, with beautifully integrated fruit and a fine, velvety tannin structure. The mature vines bring impressive depth while retaining freshness, precision and elegance.
• Finish: Exceptionally long and seamless, carried by silky tannins and lingering fruit, with a graceful balance between intensity and finesse.
