Dead Man’s Fingers Spiced Rum is a bold and unconventional spiced rum originally created at the Rum & Crab Shack in St Ives, Cornwall. Rather than following a traditional spiced-rum profile, it combines blended rum with exotic spices and flavours inspired by Cornish saffron cake and Pedro Ximénez ice cream.

The nose is rich and inviting with vanilla, caramel, cinnamon and nutmeg, followed by sweet orange and dried fruit. On the palate, creamy caramel and warming spice mingle with hints of pineapple, raisins and black pepper, creating a smooth yet characterful style.

Enjoy it neat or over ice, or pair with cola, ginger beer or tropical fruit mixers for an easy spiced-rum serve.
