Fresh, elegant and finely sparkling, Dibon Cava Brut Selección comes from Spain’s Penedès region. Made using the traditional method, it combines Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada, with around 15 months of cellar ageing.

Green apple, pear and citrus meet delicate floral, almond and bakery notes. Fine bubbles and balanced acidity create a silky texture and a clean, refreshing finish.
