El Dorado 21 Yo Rum 700ml

With over 300 years history, the Diamond Distillery in Guyana, operated by Demerara Distillers, has a long history of making rum along with some of the most interesting distilling equipment in the world (wooden stills of all shapes and sizes). This particularly fine drop . It was distilled in a wooden Coffey still and Saville stills and then aged in oak casks for 21 years.

Tasting Notes

Nose of mocha, toffee, tobacco, and dark spices. The mouth is velvety smooth with full body of tropical fruits, coffee, leather, and rich toffee. The Finish is nutty and smoky.
