Glengoyne 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky known for its balance of sweet vanilla from bourbon casks and rich fruit from sherry casks. It features notes of fresh hay, citrus, and dried fruit on the nose, with tropical fruit, candied lemon, and apple pie on the palate, leading to a dry, spicy finish. The blend consists of 20% first-fill bourbon casks, 25% first-fill sherry casks, and 55% refill casks. 

Tasting Notes

Nose: Fresh hay, malt flour, rosehip, citrus, and dried fruit.

Palate: A clean, gentle sweetness with hints of tropical fruit, candied lemon, cinnamon, vanilla, and apple pie.

Finish: Pleasant, dry, with gentle spice and lingering oak.
