A distinctive, textural expression of Waipara Valley Sauvignon Blanc from Greystone Wines. Unlike the typically fruit-driven New Zealand style, the 2024 combines stainless-steel fermentation with a small barrel-fermented component, adding extra texture and complexity while retaining freshness. It is certified organic and vegan friendly.
The nose is refined and expressive with white florals, green apple, grapefruit and tropical fruit, accompanied by subtle spice and mineral notes. The palate is dry and concentrated, showing citrus and ripe fruit over a fine chalky texture, bright acidity and gentle creaminess. The finish is long, fresh and mineral-driven.
