White nectarine, flinty mineral notes and a touch of smoky complexity lead into a layered palate of ripe fruit, vanilla and toasted French oak. Creamy texture meets balanced acidity, making this a rewarding choice for Chardonnay lovers and a versatile partner for food.
Winemaking
Whole-bunch pressed and fermented with wild yeasts in barrels and puncheons. Full malolactic fermentation adds texture, followed by 11 months in barrel and a further five months on lees in tank.
