Matured for 11 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, this lightly peated whisky balances tropical fruit, citrus sweetness and mixed spices with delicate smoke. Its barley-forward character offers an elegant expression of Kilchoman’s farm-to-bottle approach.

Grown, malted, peated, distilled, matured and bottled at Rockside Farm, it is the first age-statement whisky to join Kilchoman’s permanent core range.
