L'Hospitalet de Gazin Pomerol 2023 750ml - Pre-Order | Dispatch Mid Sep 2026
L'Hospitalet de Gazin Pomerol 2023 750ml - France
Produced by Château Gazin, L’Hospitalet de Gazin offers an accessible expression of one of Bordeaux’s most distinguished appellations. The estate is situated on the renowned Pomerol plateau, an area celebrated for producing rich, supple and age-worthy Merlot-based wines.
The 2023 vintage presents an elegant balance of fruit, structure and freshness. Aromas of ripe plum, black cherry and red berries are complemented by subtle notes of violet, spice, cedar and earth. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied, with rounded fruit, fine-grained tannins and a fresh, savoury finish.
Created using parcels and selections not included in Château Gazin’s grand vin, L’Hospitalet is made with the same attention to detail as the estate’s flagship wine. Its softer structure and earlier-drinking style make it an appealing introduction to Château Gazin and Pomerol.

Serving and Cellaring
Serve at approximately 16–18°C. Decanting for 30–60 minutes will help the young fruit and aromatic character open.
The wine can be enjoyed relatively young for its fresh fruit and supple texture, but short- to medium-term cellaring should allow its savoury and earthy complexity to develop. Store bottles horizontally in a cool, dark and consistently temperature-controlled environment.
