Mansfield & Marsh Méthode Traditionnelle NV is an elegant New Zealand sparkling wine from Hawke's Bay, crafted using the traditional bottle-fermentation method made famous in Champagne, France.

Inspired by celebrated New Zealand literary figures Katherine Mansfield and Ngaio Marsh, this beautifully balanced sparkling wine combines Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, carefully selected from Hawke's Bay vineyards.

Produced using traditional winemaking techniques and extended ageing on yeast lees, it develops a delicate, persistent mousse and attractive layers of fresh stone fruit, toasted biscuit and subtle creamy complexity.

The nose reveals inviting aromas of ripe peach, nectarine, fresh citrus and delicate brioche, complemented by hints of biscuit and yeast. On the palate, lively bubbles carry refreshing stone-fruit flavours, balanced by a gentle touch of sweetness and crisp acidity.

The finish is clean, refreshing and pleasantly dry, making Mansfield & Marsh an excellent choice for celebrations, entertaining or everyday enjoyment.

Beautifully paired with fresh seafood, oysters, light appetisers, cheese platters and summer dishes.
